Private registration with apostille
The “Private Registration with Apostille” package includes everything required for the official marriage registration with a ceremonial wedding in Georgian registry offices, allowing you to receive a ready marriage certificate translated into one of the following languages:
- English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Greek, or Turkish,
along with an Apostille stamp, which certifies the authenticity of the document, on the next working day after the wedding.
For example:
- If your wedding is on Monday — documents will be ready on Tuesday
- If your wedding is on Friday — documents will be ready on Monday
- If your wedding is on Saturday or Sunday — documents will be ready on Tuesday. Apostille processing is only done on weekdays.
Official registration with a ceremony is a ceremonial wedding at the Civil Registry Office in Tbilisi, available both on weekdays and weekends. You can choose and reserve a specific time for your wedding. During the ceremony, you can take photos and videos, exchange rings accompanied by the registrar’s speech, invite guests, and more.
The ceremony lasts approximately 30 minutes.

If you prefer a non-ceremonial registration at the registry office and simply need to obtain the document quickly, we offer another basic package called “Apostille”, which requires minimal involvement from your side.
At every stage of the marriage registration process in Georgia, you will be accompanied by our wedding planner. Since all documents and procedures are conducted in Georgian, she will check everything before you sign or receive any documents.

How it all happens
On your wedding day, in the morning, you will submit the marriage application together with our organizer and witnesses, indicating that a ceremonial registration will take place at the Civil Registry Office. A time slot will be specially reserved for you on the same day for the ceremony. After the solemn wedding ceremony, you will receive a marriage certificate in Georgian.
After that, you can enjoy your celebration, have a photoshoot, and follow your wedding plans. We will take care of the apostille and translation of the document into the language you need, all by ourselves, without your involvement (one of 8 languages: English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Greek, or Turkish).
The next working day, by 6:00 PM, you will receive your finalized marriage certificate translated into your selected language.
